Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Temecula, CA is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations and be a core member of the store leadership team.

You will supervise receiving, merchandise flow, and associate performance while partnering with Store Management to drive results. Responsibilities include scheduling, workload direction, safety adherence, and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in an off-price, big box, or specialty environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Promote and enforce Asset Protection strategies to reduce shortages.
• Ensure safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coach associates and provide recognition in the moment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Coordinate workload planning and weekly meetings.
• Drive community relations involvement through company programs.
