Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House/Receiving area and work closely with Store Management. The role serves as the main leader for the Back of House team and is a stepping-stone to management within our expanding organization.

You will supervise operations, drive results, ensure safety, and promote a culture of teamwork and partnerships across the store.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail or similar setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to move, lift and handle store merchandise (40 lbs or more).
• Able to work full-time including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression process: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Coatinate workload planning and drive team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition; assist in recruiting and onboarding.
