Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience in a retail or off-price environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead a diverse team.
• Ability to move and lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, setup and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to guidelines.
• Direct workload and accountability for team productivity and merchandise protection.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings and schedule adherence.
