Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty environment.

• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead Back of House operations, including receiving deliveries and organizing stock.
• Direct associates and manage workload to ensure productivity.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness and organization to standard.
• Support safety and asset protection initiatives and adherence to policies.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and onboarding new associates.
