Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House area and collaborate closely with Store Management.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will supervise receiving deliveries, merchandise flow, housekeeping, and safety compliance while building a strong team culture. A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in a related retail setting is required, with full-time availability including nights and weekends; base pay ranges

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail.
• Strong interpersonal and engaging communication skills.
• Full-time availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization to standard.
• Reinforce Asset Protection strategies to prevent shrink.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Foster a diverse, team-based culture.
• Drive associate compliance with company policies.
• Direct associates and workload to meet productivity goals.
• Coach associates in the moment and provide recognition.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new staff.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Support Community Relations initiatives through company programs.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.
