Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back of house/receiving area and work closely with Store Management. You will direct the flow of merchandise, oversee receiving, unloading, and sorting, and maintain safety and organization throughout the back of the house.

The role emphasizes team leadership, coaching, and adherence to company policies while driving productivity and partnerships with store teams.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression and back of house operations including receiving, unloading, sorting, and stocking.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, organization, and safety.
• Enforce asset protection, policy compliance, and staffing plans.
• Coach associates in real time and recognize performance.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning and community relations initiatives.
