Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a big-box or similar environment.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, and moving goods to the sales floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies and safety guidelines.
