Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the back-of-house operations and drive daily store performance in Stamford, CT. You will supervise receiving, unloading, merchandising flow, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the department.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you will coach associates, plan workloads, participate in recruiting, and support partnerships that strengthen customer service and results.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting cartons, flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back-of-house cleanliness, setup and organization meet standards.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to minimize shortages.
• Promote safety for customers and associates following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize staff in the moment.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Plan weekly workload and participate in team meetings.
