Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to lead the Back of House operations at our Stamford store. You will supervise receiving, unloading, sorting, and moving merchandise, while partnering with store management to drive results and maintain standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or a specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression from receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting cartons, processing merchandise, and flowing goods to the sales floor.
• Ensure back of house cleanliness, set-up and organization are at standard.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by following guidelines.
• Direct associates and workload; coach and recognize performance.
