Qualifications

• 1+ year supervisory experience in off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments.
• Strong interpersonal and engagement skills to lead a diverse team.
• Ability to work full-time including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandise progression: receiving deliveries, unloading, sorting, and moving goods to the floor.
• Maintain back of house cleanliness, setup, and organization to standard.
• Reinforce asset protection and shrink reduction strategies.
• Promote safety and adhere to company guidelines for customers and associates.
• Direct workload and coach associates; participate in weekly planning meetings.
