Job summary

Chick-fil-A Flatiron FSU in Superior, CO seeks a Shift Leader to guide daily BOH/FOH operations, coach teammates, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will help with opening/closing, cash handling, and executing daily tasks under the Operator's leadership.

This role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time options; experience in fast-paced environments is valued, and growth through learning from experienced Leaders is available.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Stand for up to 8 hours per day
• Bend, twist, and utilize a ladder
• Be physically active for long periods
• Being outside in all-weather situations
