TheBOH Shift Leaderoversees kitchen operations during assigned shifts. They ensure food is prepared safely, efficiently, and according to Chick-fil-A standards. This leader directs team members, maintains organization, ensures cleanliness, and helps the kitchen operate smoothly and effectively. They model servant leadership by supporting their team, solving problems, and maintaining a positive, encouraging atmosphere under pressure.
