Chick-fil-A is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily restaurant operations and lead by example. You will place teammates in roles, ensure guest needs are met, and coach staff to maintain high service standards.

Our Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting leadership in executing daily operations. A Shift Leader’s main areas of focus are placing team members in positions so that the restaurant runs effectively, ensuring team member's needs are met, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.
