Job summary

Chick-fil-A in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Back of House Shift Leader to organize and lead the kitchen team, train staff, and ensure food is prepared safely, quickly, and to Chick-fil-A standards.

You will supervise all kitchen stations, stock inventory, keep the area neat and compliant, and collaborate with leaders to implement new products and process changes. A flexible schedule with Sundays closed is offered, plus growth and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Organize and efficiently manage and lead the kitchen team.
• Train and coach team members to perform their positions.
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards.
• Be knowledgeable of assignments for all kitchen stations and stock inventory as needed.
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times; report maintenance issues.
