Job summary

Socket.dev is hiring a B2C Retention Manager to own customer communications across email, push, and in-app channels. You will lead end-to-end CRM strategy, drive retention, and partner with analytics, design, product, and marketing to deliver data-driven campaigns.

You will design trigger-based and bulk messaging, test hypotheses with A/B tests, and optimize budgets and performance. Remote-friendly environment with flexible schedules and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CRM/CVM B2C marketing with proven channel ownership.
• Excellent command of modern CRM platforms and push notification services, from trigger setup to integration.
• Strong analytics: data-driven decisions, hypothesis testing, and A/B tests.
• Experience with trigger-based communications, user retention, and win-back strategies.
• Proven budgets management for promotional activities.
• Excellent soft skills for cross-functional collaboration and external partners.
• Self-motivation, proactivity, and thriving in ambiguity across multiple channels.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy across channels (email, push, in-app).
• Create advanced CVM strategies to drive LTV and retention.
• Design and launch trigger-based and bulk messaging with A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies daily.
• Collaborate with data analysts to define tasks and budgets.
• Work with design, copy, product, and analytics teams on communications.
• Stay updated on CRM tools and platform developments.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders via Slack and Asana.
