Job summary

Manna is scaling its US consumer growth efforts with a focus on Tulsa. The Consumer Growth Manager will design and execute our growth playbook across promotions, CRM, and local campaigns to turn consumer interest into sustained order growth.

You will collaborate with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to remove growth blockers, test initiatives, and drive repeat orders with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth B2C startup or scale-up in delivery, marketplace, or quick commerce.
• Strong analytical thinking with hands-on CRM, promotions, and activations.
• Ability to identify growth blockers and work cross-functionally.
• Experience running growth initiatives and turning tests into repeatable playbooks.
• Experience managing budgets and understanding unit economics.
• Comfortable with fast-moving environment and ambitious order targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumer order volumes as the main KPI.
• Design and run the US consumer growth strategy with Tulsa focus.
• Manage Tulsa growth playbook including promotions and CRM.
• Drive retention across app and aggregator partners.
• Develop local campaigns to convert interest into orders.
• Use CRM channels to boost engagement and repeat orders.
