Job summary

Manna is seeking a Consumer Growth Manager to design and drive the US growth strategy, with a focus on Tulsa. You will build and execute local campaigns, manage CRM-driven retention, and scale successful initiatives across the US.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to remove growth blockers and turn consumer interest into repeat orders. This role requires data-driven decision making and a fast-moving mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-growth B2C startup or scale-up (food delivery, marketplaces, mobility, or quick commerce).
• Proven ability to increase acquisition, order frequency and retention via CRM, promotions, local activations and product improvements.
• Experience identifying and solving growth blockers by working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing.
• Experience running and testing consumer growth initiatives and turning successful experiments into repeatable growth playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Drive consumer order volumes as the key KPI for the role.
• Help design and execute the B2C growth strategy across the US.
• Run the Tulsa consumer growth playbook, including promotions, local CRM, demand generation and initiatives to drive repeat orders.
• Drive order volume, frequency and retention across our app and aggregator partners.
• Develop and execute local campaigns and activations that build awareness and convert consumer interest into orders.
• Use CRM channels, including push, email and SMS, to drive engagement, repeat orders and consumer retention.
• Test different promotions, campaigns and growth initiatives, using data to understand what works and scaling successful activity.
• Partner with our Senior Commercial Development Associate on vendor co‑promotions and joint consumer initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Commercial and Marketing to identify and address growth blockers limiting order volume.
• Use the consumer interest and virality around drone delivery to create sustainable, repeatable demand.
• Share learnings from Tulsa and help develop growth approaches that can be applied as Manna expands across the US.
