Priority1, Inc. is seeking college graduates for a Territory Manager role in our Tempe, AZ office.

This outside sales position focuses on new business acquisition in the freight shipping industry, offering a strong path to Senior Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager as you sell to executives. You will prospect, set up new accounts, and manage existing accounts while leveraging Priority1’s solutions in LTL, Truckload, Air Freight, and Warehouse services.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Ideal courses in business, marketing and/or communication).
• Campus involvement and energetic, polished demeanor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting new business (extensive B2B door-to-door calling).
• Develop lead generation and use CRM to track activity.
