Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting is seeking an entry-level Inside Sales Representative to support outbound prospecting, qualify leads, and set high-quality meetings for our sales team. This role offers a clear path into B2B tech sales and long-term career growth.

You'll make 60–80 outbound calls daily, research targets, qualify needs, and schedule discovery meetings. Compensation is hourly plus incentives with target earnings of $70k–$80k, plus benefits and a stable, global organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or nearing completion.
• Strong interest in sales or business development.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset; coachable, resilient, and motivated.
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Make 60 to 80 outbound calls daily to targeted prospects.
• Research companies and key decision-makers.
• Qualify leads and identify business needs.

• Manage outreach cadences using a CRM.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and notes.
