ECAM is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to own a defined territory in Austin, TX. The role covers full-cycle B2B sales of CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring solutions, with an uncapped commission plan and OTE of $175,000–$250,000 for top performers.

The position is hybrid in Austin, with a base salary of $75k and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and win net-new business.
• Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.
• Ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Lead consultative sales process with discovery and stakeholder alignment.
• Create and deliver high-impact proposals and executive presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations and other teams for smooth handoff.
