Job summary

ECAM in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to own the full new-business sales cycle for CCTV, video surveillance, and live/remote monitoring solutions.

You will prospect, qualify, design persuasive business cases, respond to RFPs, and present to senior leaders, driving risk reduction and operational efficiency. This role offers uncapped commission with an on-target earnings range of $175k–$250k and a base salary of $75k.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• 2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience with quota track record.
• Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• CRM discipline with forecasting and pipeline management.
• Experience selling security technology or related B2B solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle for ECAM’s CCTV and video security offerings.
• Lead a consultative process with discovery, stakeholder alignment, and solution design.
• Develop compelling proposals, ROI narratives, and executive-level presentations.
• Maintain pipeline in Salesforce with accurate forecasting.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow pipeline.
• Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and post-sale success.
