Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; mindset and coachability matter.
• Must be coachable, growth-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable meeting decision-makers face-to-face at small/mid-size businesses.
• Able to manage time, follow systems, and build a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses to discuss coverage.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work with mentors to set goals and grow territory steadily.
• Expand territory through referrals and community connections.
