Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business.
• Research potential customers and identify decision-makers.
• Reach out through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, customer visits, and industry events.
• Understand customer needs and recommend label and packaging solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes and proposals.
• Follow up on opportunities and manage your sales pipeline.
• Negotiate opportunities and close sales.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Use CRM and internal systems to track prospects, follow-ups, orders, and sales activity.
• Work closely with Sales Support, Estimating, Graphics, Production, Quality, Accounting, and other internal teams.
• Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and networking events as needed.
