Job summary

Edwards Label is hiring a Sales Representative for a full-time, onsite role based in Ventura, California. The position offers a base salary of $50,000-$100,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on sales, with nationwide customer coverage from a Ventura base.

You will develop new business and grow customer relationships through prospecting, qualifying, and establishing new accounts for our printing and packaging services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Onsite full-time in Ventura, CA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Willingness to actively prospect for new business.
• Motivated to learn products, sales processes, and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented sales mentality.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business via cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and visits.
• Build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and brands.
• Understand customer needs and recommend label/packaging solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, negotiate, and close sales.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying further opportunities and maintaining relationships.
• Use CRM to track prospects, follow-ups, opportunities, and activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to move opportunities through order processing.
• Represent Edwards Label at meetings, trade shows, and events.
