Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth within an assigned territory. You will prospect, qualify leads, and conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental and facility services.

Responsibilities include developing tailored proposals, closing multi-year service agreements, and maintaining CRM with accurate client information. You will aim to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas while collaborating with service

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage full sales cycles.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and qualifying leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conducting on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, facility, and restroom services.
• Developing tailored proposals and closing multi-year service agreements.
• Maintaining and updating CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborating with service and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
