Job summary

RISE Financial is seeking a motivated Sales Representative & Field Trainer to drive revenue and mentor new hires in the Ogden area. In this dual-role, you will engage potential clients, present our supplemental benefits, negotiate contracts, and close sales while transferring proven methods to the team.

This position combines field sales with hands-on training, offering a fast-paced environment, a guaranteed base draw for the first weeks, uncapped commissions, and ongoing leadership development

Qualifications

• Sales experience in B2B, with proven ability to meet targets.
• Experience mentoring or training is preferred, with a willingness to grow.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to organize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Actively identify and engage potential clients in person, through networking and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
• Present and promote products, negotiate contracts, and close sales; consistently meet KPIs.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and provide ongoing mentorship to the team.
