• Minimum 1 year in B2B sales with proven ability to meet targets.
• Experience mentoring or training; strong willingness to coach others.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; organized and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person calls, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales, meeting KPIs.
