The position offers uncapped earning potential, weekly draw with commissions, and ongoing leadership development within a fast-paced environment. In-person sales duties apply in the Bluffdale, UT area.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years in B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or training is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivation for team success.
• Excellent organizational skills and multitasking capability.
• Proven ability to build lasting client relationships.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Present products/services, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Meet and exceed individual sales KPIs.
• Master and deliver training programs for the sales team.
• Coach and mentor new hires and junior staff.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive program improvements.
