Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Preferred experience in coaching, mentoring, or training roles, but coachability is valued.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and coach a team.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & lead generation to identify new clients.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships for repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver and continuously improve training programs for new hires.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to junior staff and monitor training outcomes.
• Track training effectiveness and adjust materials for better results.
• Foster continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
