Qualifications

• 1+ year in B2B sales with proven ability to meet targets.
• Willingness to mentor or train others and lead teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential clients through in-person outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Build long-term relationships to drive client retention and repeat business.
• Present products, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs and targets.
• Deliver training programs to new hires and mentor team members.
