Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
• 5 years outside sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong client-facing skills with executives/decision-makers.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Salesforce.com or comparable CRM.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop assigned sales team to drive revenue in a defined territory.
• Lead team to convert warm leads from campaigns.
• Manage pipeline, forecast accuracy, and KPI focus.
• Develop and coordinate sales action plans; oversee team performance.
• Build relationships with clients and deliver high levels of client care.
• Develop prospecting plans and territory management.
• Generate sales reports and forecasts; advise leadership on solutions.
