Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions seeks a Sales Manager to lead a B2B sales team selling office solutions, including high-speed digital copiers/printers, software, and related services. You’ll drive revenue within a defined territory and coach the team to meet quotas.

This role focuses on pipeline management, strategic planning, and executive-level client engagement. You’ll recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals while promoting Toshiba’s sales processes and values.

Qualifications

• 5 years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in managing sales professionals.
• Strong client-facing skills with executive engagement.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop assigned sales team while driving revenue and market share in a defined territory.
• Lead team to generate net-new business via warm leads and good conversion.
• Instill Toshiba sales processes, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and core KPI focus.
• Create and coordinate sales action plans for team members.
• Oversee activities and performance of the sales team and ensure resources to meet goals.
• Cultivate industry knowledge and align products with client objectives.
• Presentations and product demonstrations; coordinate terms of sale and client training.
