Job summary

You will manage a group of outside sales professionals, mentor them, develop action plans, and ensure pipeline management, KPI tracking, and forecast accuracy. The role offers a lucrative earning potential with base salary plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years outside sales experience in a business-to-business environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales professionals.
• Strong client-facing skills with executives/decision-makers.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory and achieving team quotas.
• Guide the team as they convert warm leads from campaigns into new business.
• Promote sales excellence, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and KPIs.
• Develop and coordinate sales action plans for team members.
• Monitor and support activities to meet goals and enhance communication.
• Work with clients to understand needs and align Toshiba products and services.
