Job summary

Victra is seeking a results‑driven Business Sales Manager to build and lead a field team of B2B sales reps focused on acquiring new logo customers. You will coach, recruit, and drive aggressive targets while partnering with Marketing and Sales Ops to refine lead generation and pipeline management.

You will travel regionally, model best practices in prospecting and closing, and contribute to a high‑performance culture with accountability and continuous development.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in B2B outside sales, ideally telecom/tech.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding new‑business targets.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a hunter-first team focused on new‑logo acquisition.
• Set and manage quotas and pipeline, with CRM hygiene and forecast accuracy.
• Lead territory strategies and collaborate with Marketing and Sales Ops to generate leads and opportunities.
• Represent Victra in local business communities to create opportunities.
