Allegiant Business Group in Texas is seeking a Sales Agent Trainee for a full-time, independent contractor role selling supplemental insurance to local businesses. You’ll meet decision-makers face-to-face, present options, and build lasting relationships while learning our proven system.

With mentorship, hands-on training, and licensing support, you’ll develop the skills to grow a territory, earn performance-based bonuses, and reach strong annual earnings in a flexible, autonomous schedule.

Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; mindset and willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet with decision-makers and present options.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license (support provided).

Responsibilities

• Meet with decision-makers at small and mid-size businesses.
• Present supplemental insurance options in enrollment-style meetings.
• Build lasting relationships through follow-up and service.
• Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce.
• Work closely with mentors to set goals and grow.
• Expand your territory through referrals and community connections.
