You will train in CRM use, receive mentoring, and work closely with a Sales Manager to drive growth. A license in Health & Life is encouraged, with licensing reimbursement offered, and a competitive weekly draw with commission is included.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM software is beneficial.
• Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain your license.
• Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional sales experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Learn company products/services, sales processes, and CRM software.
• Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
• Work in the field in B2B sales and build your own book of business.
• Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance sales skills.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Participate in sales meetings and motivate team members.
