Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM usage.
• Recruit, train, and mentor new sales team members.
• Build personal B2B book of business through field sales.
• Provide guidance and coaching to improve team sales skills.
• Handle escalated inquiries and ensure excellent service.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to motivate the team.
