Meier Agency is seeking a Sales Team Leader Trainee to join a dynamic sales team in a full-time role. You will learn products, sales processes, and CRM while supporting recruitment, training, and mentoring of new team members.

You will work in the field on B2B sales, building your own book of business and coaching colleagues to sharpen their sales skills. A license in Health & Life or willingness to obtain one is required.

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM or sales software is beneficial.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life license and comply with regulations.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM.
