Job summary

Metro Protection is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our business development team in the Pacific Northwest. You will coach Account Executives, shape sales strategy, and drive larger B2B contracts while nurturing relationships with senior decision-makers.

This hands-on leadership role requires moving between strategy, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closing deals to grow recurring revenue and new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales
• Experience coaching or developing sales professionals
• Ability to close significant B2B contracts
• Comfortable selling to executive decision-makers
• Strong pipeline management and CRM discipline

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Account Executives to achieve targets
