Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Kent, Washington, is seeking a motivated Business Development Specialist to drive new business opportunities and schedule appointments for our outside sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and play a key role in growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 1-2 years B2B outbound calling or cold outreach experience desirable.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify businesses that could benefit from City Wide's services.
• Make 50–100 sales calls and emails per day to prospects.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the outside sales team.
• Maintain and update the CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) with call notes and appointments.
• Prepare reports daily/weekly/monthly as requested.
• Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets.
• Manage email campaigns and social media engagement.
• Other duties as necessary.
