Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States. The Business Sales Manager leads a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B sales representatives focused on new customer acquisition and closing new-logo business.

In this role you will coach reps, set aggressive quotas, partner with Marketing, and represent Victra in the local business community while building strong, long-term partnerships with decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom, wireless, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales targets in a hunter-focused, quota-carrying environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B sales reps.
• Drive new-logo acquisition through proactive prospecting, cold outreach, and network referrals.
• Set and manage team quotas, monitor activity, pipeline, and closes.
• Represent Victra in local business communities and events to create opportunities.
