Job summary

Victra, Verizon’s largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team focused on new customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple cities including Norfolk. You will coach up to ten outside B2B reps, drive prospecting, and close new logos.

Role requires budgeting, quota management, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize the sales process and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom, wireless, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business targets in a hunter-focused environment.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish hunter-first relationships and coach reps to open doors via cold outreach and in-person prospecting.
• Set and manage quotas, monitor activity, pipeline, and new-logo closures, and report results to leadership.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize lead generation and pipeline quality.
• Represent Victra in local business communities through events and networking to create opportunities.
• Lead weekly pipeline reviews and ensure CRM hygiene across the team.
