Job summary

Victra is seeking a Business Sales Manager to lead a field-based team of up to ten B2B sales representatives focused on acquiring new customers. You will coach, coach, and drive a hunter-focused culture, setting quotas and ensuring consistent pipeline health.

Responsibilities include building relationships with decision-makers, coordinating with Marketing and Sales Operations, and maintaining performance visibility through CRM.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in B2B outside sales, with a proven new-logo track record.
• Experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team is preferred.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
• Proficient with CRM tools for pipeline management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a team of up to ten B2B sales reps focused on new customer acquisition.
• Lead prospecting, cold outreach, networking, and in-person meetings to open doors.
• Set and manage quotas, monitor pipeline, and drive results.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize lead generation and process.
