Job summary

Victra is Verizon’s largest premium retailer, leading a field-based Business Sales team dedicated to acquiring new customers. This role builds, coaches, and drives a hunter-focused team to open new relationships and close logos, working with Marketing and Sales Operations to optimize lead generation and pipeline.

The Business Sales Manager sets the pace, models effective field sales behaviors, and holds the team accountable to aggressive targets while expanding presence in local business

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a B2B outside sales role, ideally in telecom, wireless, or technology sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new-business sales targets in a hunter-focused environment.
• Prior experience leading, training, or mentoring a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and coach a field-based team of up to ten outside B2B sales representatives focused on new customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain a high-performing hunter sales culture through proactive prospecting and new-logo closing.
• Set and monitor quotas, activity, and pipeline using CRM tools and regular performance reviews.
• Represent Victra in local business communities and partnerships to create new opportunities.
