Total Comfort Solutions is seeking a hungry, humble, and smart BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER to join our team. You will leverage a proven sales process to engage business owners and decision makers, drive growth, and present building-performance-based solutions.

The role emphasizes prospecting, onsite assessments, and developing compelling business cases, with a focus on relationship-building and continuous learning. Expect local travel and a dynamic compensation plan.

Qualifications

4 Year College degree preferred.
3–10 years of field experience in B2B Sales, selling to the C-suite, and prospecting.
Disciplined, competitive, determined, relationship builder, confident, problem solver, and an active learner.
Measurable track record of sales achievement.
Proven sales process.
Ability to utilize CRM, pricing, proposal, and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

Understand prospecting, make effective sales presentations, answers questions, and objections.
Understand Building Performance and how it affects clients to customize a solution.
Teach customers new insights for their building performance and challenge customer thinking.
Conduct onsite building assessments.
Assist with developing a business case to be used in the sales process.
Live out the Total Comfort Solutions core values daily.
