Total Comfort Solutions is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager in Augusta, GA to drive sales with business owners and decision makers. You’ll use a proven sales process, conduct onsite assessments, and tailor building-performance solutions to client needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in B2B sales, a track record of success, and the ability to leverage CRM and pricing tools. Expect local travel and a strong emphasis on relationship-building and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 4 Year College degree preferred.
• 3–10 years of field experience in B2B Sales, selling to the C-suite, and prospecting.
• Disciplined, competitive, relationship builder, confident, problem solver, and an active learner.
• A measurable track record of sales achievement.
• Demonstrate a proven sales process.
• Must be able to utilize CRM, pricing, proposal, and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospecting, present effectively, answer questions, and handle objections.
• Understand Building Performance to customize solutions for clients.
• Teach customers new insights for building performance.
• Conduct onsite building assessments.
• Assist with developing a business case for the sales process.
• Live out Total Comfort Solutions core values daily.
