Total Comfort Solutions in Myrtle Beach, SC or Florence, SC is seeking a hungry, humble, and smart Business Development Manager to drive growth with business owners and decision makers. You will follow a proven sales process to win new clients and expand relationships.

The role includes understanding building performance, presenting tailored solutions, conducting onsite assessments, and collaborating with teams to develop compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• 4 Year College degree preferred.
• 3–10 years of field experience in B2B Sales, selling to the C-suite.
• Disciplined competitive, determined, relationship builder, confident, problem solver, and an active learner.
• A measurable track record of sales achievement.
• Demonstrate a proven sales process.
• Must be able to effectively utilize the latest technology and tools for managing the Sales process including CRM, pricing, proposal, and project planning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Understand prospecting, make effective sales presentations, answers questions, and objections.
• Understand Building Performance and how it affects clients to customize a solution.
• Teach customers new insights for their building performance and challenge customer thinking.
• Conduct onsite building assessments.
• Assist with developing a business case to be used in the sales process.
• Live out the Total Comfort Solutions core values daily (Treat people well, do the right thing, and run a great business).
