Prudential Overall Supply Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager in Phoenix, AZ, to drive new B2B accounts. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and strong growth potential, with a first-year on-target earnings target of $85k–$100k+.

You will conduct in-person presentations, manage your pipeline, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers. This is a field-based role requiring prospecting, cold calling, and effective use of CRM tools to monitor activity.

Formación

• 2–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in new account acquisition.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated mindset.
• Comfort with prospecting and cold calling.
• Strong computer and CRM skills.

Responsabilidades
