City Wide Franchise is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. You will identify new business opportunities, nurture recurring client relationships, and deliver tailored solutions while maintaining an organized CRM pipeline.

A hunter mindset, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of successful B2B sales with a hunter mindset.
• Sales training certification (Sandler, Dale Carnegie, etc.) a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• CRM systems and Microsoft Office skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through outreach and networking.
• Grow a strong base of recurring clients and nurture relationships.
• Schedule appointments, present tailored solutions, and negotiate wins.
• Keep the CRM pipeline organized and updated.
• Promote a positive, collaborative work atmosphere that supports client success.
• Perform additional growth-support tasks as needed.
