City Wide Facility Solutions in Houston, TX is seeking a Sales Executive to own full-cycle B2B sales in the CBS Division. You will prospect, pitch, and close, then hand off to operations, while building a robust client pipeline and delivering solutions for facility needs.

With 3+ years of B2B sales, a hunter mindset, and strong communication, you will contribute to a high-energy team that rewards performance with uncapped commissions and a clear growth path.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record.
• Hunter mindset and goal orientation; energized by chasing quota.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and qualify potential clients in the Houston area.
• Manage the sales process from appointments to proposals and presentations.
• Win new clients by overcoming objections and delivering compelling proposals.
• Maintain a healthy prospect pipeline and meet/exceed metrics.
• Utilize CRM to capture and manage customer information; coordinate with operations.
